All
CCCMHB employees are
dedicated to providing the
best service to the
residents of Cuyahoga
County. Each month, one
staff person is recognized
for going above and beyond
the call of duty. Recipients of Employee of the Month are
selected on the following
criteria based on the
previous month:
- Producing
results in the form of
the Board’s increased
productivity, increased
revenues, reduced costs
and/or improved
processes/operations.
- Providing
a significant
contribution toward work
force cohesiveness,
pride, morale and/or
enthusiasm.
- Demonstrating
the values of integrity,
accountability,
professionalism, quality
and caring in the
performance of his or
her duties.
- Exhibiting
superior service to
consumers.
- Demonstrating
a positive attitude,
cooperation, initiative
and/or flexibility.
- Activity
with consumers and/or
consumer/family groups.
- Attendance.
